Fri 1st March 2024 was a fantastic night. 6 amazing local acts from Ayrshire graced the stage at ’65 Club’ Prestwick for the first Fundraiser for the the mighty ‘Prestfest Festival’ in August 2024.
We had a wonderful appreciative crowd who just loved the whole evening . It was a night to celebrate original music from the artists.
Adam Scott kicked it all off in style with his guitarist Dan playing some lovely guitar work and BV’S. Adam’s songs were perfect to inject life right ino the event from the start.
Rona Bryden hit the stage next , only 16yrs old her voice is a powerhouse and her songs are really strong…watch this girl in the days to come.
The sublime Katee Kross was next and she treated us to a beautiful rendition of ‘Bluebird’ in which you could hear a pin drop….she is such a talent .
Debbie Campbell stormed the stage with her 4 song set from her Debut Album ‘About Time’…She knows how to work a crowd that Girl.
Scott Nicol , who also hosted the night rocked the crowd with acoustic singalong anthems and even got an impromptu backing vocal band onstage with him on ‘Fearless’.
Pelikan Rogue closed the show with a wonderful 6 song set of originals and everyone went home happy..They really are a brilliant local band with great songs.
